We’re delighted to announce the introduction of our cost-improvement-training program. Starting in November 2010, we will provide both on-line and on-site cost improvement training.
Participants can join our weekly on-line training directly from their desks. Each training session is one hour long and covers one of six training modules, detailed below. The session is followed by a short on-line question and answer session.
On-Site Training (1 day Intense)
This training session will be offered monthly at our training centre near Munich, with frequency and locations (national & international) being extended depending on demand. Additionally, we offer dedicated training at client locations for groups of up to 15 participants.
The on-site training module is more comprehensive to the on-line module. It is based on case studies and allows participants to take an active role in each module, including break-out sessions and team-work.
