Classroom Seminar:

As a Measure Owner, you are responsible for the implementation of one or more measures within the Cost Improvement Program. ┬áThis seminar is focused on the DOERS within the company, region, business unit or department. ┬áDuring this seminar – we will learn the fundamentals of an overall cost improvement program – but focus particularly on the methodology and the challenges of implementing individual measures, tracking them to conclusion and reporting your results. The seminar consists of six modules and three break out sessions, which include (1.) defining measures, (2.) updating progress and (3.) reporting to management – based on the Azura Corporation case study and in simulated management meetings.
